Also, the colors they tell you to mix for the camouflage are actually quite dark, I had to lighten them up quite a bit by adding some light grey colors to the paint mix as well as doing some fading. Otherwise this is probably the best 1/48 Bf109 G-6 kit on the market currently.

In comparison with the Zvezda kit, it is 0.6mm too high. Comparing the Zvezda and Tamiya fuselage results in a perfect match. I am sure that all three kits will result in very nice models of the Bf 109 G-6. The Tamiya kit looks to be the easiest build. Eduard has some nice details and Zvezda needs a bit of work.

1. The prop is toothpicky, but a replacement can be found (ironically) in the Edaurd F/G kit, which has 3 props, AFAIK the narrowest is the same as the E. Also, the Eduard Bf110F/G kits have unused the props for the Bf110C/D/F kits, and, again, AFAIK, they are the same. 2. the squared off canopy middle section is for a G, which has heavier framing.
