Well, the tierlist was exclusively for sPvP. And Untamed's ranking in it is in part because of the fart cloud which cucks Harbingers. It does to Harbinger what Tempest used to do to Lich with Swirling and Mag Aura. If Harbinger was lower on it, Untamed would be lower too. 2.
Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure skyscale Mastery line includes new abilities, like the Fireball aerial attack you’ll unlock at tier two. Some of the new Mastery tiers grant Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire Masteries; in those cases, players who have trained skyscale Masteries from both expansions will get a bonus functionality unlock.

Middle tier are the remaining ones: Mesmer, engineer and elementalist. Elementalist has hard rotations that require lots of skill. But also that moving while damaging (keeping you outside of danger a bit) skills I remember especially in the fire attunement dagger and staff.

The currently most rewarding classes to play when playing Guild Wars 2 WvW small scale combat. Obviously these are opinions and based on how I play the game, Class. Specialization. Ranger. Druid. Guild Wars 2 cutscene. So this was the Guild Wars 2 tier list. It might be possible that this tier list is totally opposite to what you were expecting. However, you can try it out from our tier list as it will definitely give you an upper hand in the game. The classes in the S tier are currently the best

Don't listen to him, there is absolutely tanks in this game. It's impossible to say there are no tanks in guild wars 2 that's just wrong. I commented above as well, but in raids, which is the hardest end game content (but by no means required, I personally rarely raid and I still have plenty to do and get many hours out of it) there is tanks. These are the professions that saw a massive boost and are those that have had their legs swept out from underneath of them in the latest Guild Wars 2 Patch!
Haven't really seen a mechanist provide quickness so far. Quickbrand covers quickness and extra stability along with some aegis. Mech covers barrier, protection, vigor, regen, might, fury, cleanses and alacrity. (along with some aegis and stab) Druid, Firebrand, Renegade are the 3 you'll see in almost any group.
