Hello Lotroers! I was wondering, is there any way we could get VIP without it being through credit card/bank account information? Something along the lines of PaySafeCard for instance, which is the only method avaliable for me at the moment, sadly.
There are three levels of Membership available to Lord of the Rings Online. Free - Content available has specific limitations but can be unlocked by purchasing access via the LotRO Store. See Free to Play for a complete listing of restrictions and how to remove/unlock them.

Champ has the best damage, but it's a melee class and has 1 weak bow skill, so if you're used to getting aggro quickly from a distance and picking things off before they get to you, champ can take some getting used to. Warden is probably going to be the best choice for what you seem to be looking for, good damage and a bit of range mixed in
