Just to confuse thingson the 16v PSA derived diesels only one cam is driven by the cambelt. The other cam is driven by a chain from the first cam which doesn't get replaced. So it's actually no different to doing a belt on a single cam engine £350-£400 sound a reasonable price for the 2.0 TDCi. Changing the injector because of a leak only, performance is still fine. I'm less likely to suspect the o-ring because all pipes and seals were replaced by Ford last year when replacing another injector. "I am about to purchase a 2014 Ford S-Max 2.0 TDCi Powershift with 85,000 miles on the clock for my son (private seller). It appears to have been well looked after and had the PowerShift transmission serviced last year (fluid and filter change). After unscrewing the very stiff filter lid I removed the old filter which was very dirty and sucked out the rest of the remaining diesel in the bowl. I replaced O ring and fit the new filter into the lid, screwed the lid back on then with a large syringe, I refilled the filter housing through the top bleed screw hole.

After their diagnostics machine was connected there was two faults, low fuel pressure and high fuel pressure! It's been recommended up I change the fuel filter as a starting point as small cost of £100.
