Yes, possibly. Poison is a weapon of women, cravens and eunuchs, so it's possible Varys will poison King Tommen. Varys went as far as to kill Ser Kevin Lannister and Maester Pycell so I think he's personaly capable of killing King Tommen. I think Tommen will be killed off early in the book rather than later and same with Myrcella.
