For the E30 drift I like to run high front camber, -1 rear, -30 front toe and 26/40 PSI SV tyres but its all preference and driving style. Just google assetto corsa car setup guide and there should be plenty.
This is version 3.0 of my tire physics Their are many changes from version 2.0 or earlier to the point that it is NOTHING like version 1.0 AT ALL. These physics will ONLY AFFECT the tire physics and will not affect the individual car phsyics whatsoever. I have a update to fix all the drift cars physics and several grip/touge cars also but
The E92 is an amazing drift car. Why would you drift the 49 or 599 The only real options are the e92 or e30. The biggest thing is to get the drift setups for these cars so you can get some steering angle. InversedOne1 9 yr. ago. I suggest trying with SLS or 1M, they are really tailhappy and nice to catch.
Assetto Corsa is a setup game. So a better setup make the car vastly easier to drive & pull moves you can't do with the default setup. You simply need to adjust the correct tire pressure, get the alignment right based on the suspension compression, use ackerman steering to match the slip angle & tune the suspension based on the law of inertia.

No Mods needed. There are a couple different cars and a couple different tracks you can use right off the bat to start drifting. Car "modding" isn't a thing in-game. of course there is fine-tuning of suspension and whatnot for cars, but generally you can't make a race-built car drift with that. Niko4312.
For example I use a controller to drift but I just rock the car out and into the turn so that the suspension becomes unsettled then while turning inward kick in the gas. Once you have broken the tires loose the throttle becomes very important as releasing will make the car want to exit the drift/increase the the tracking of the tires.
